Please remove netcf from the Archive:
- It is rather unmaintained
- It has not reverse dependencies anymore
- It has open bugs like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netcf/+bug/1764314
- Was removed dfrom Debian for the same reasons https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=839082

Netcf should be able to handle netplan (src:nplan) instead of ifupdown
on Debian:
