[Bug 1932967] [NEW] Please remove twig-extensions from Impish

Hello,

This package was initially packaged as a dependency for src:phpmyadmin.
However, phpmyadmin no longer needs it and has been removed from Debian
5 months back[1]. It has also been abandoned upstream.

Since nothing needs src:twig-extensions, I'd like to request you for
removal of this. This is currently blocking php-twig from migrating.

$ reverse-depends php-twig-extensions
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -b php-twig-extensions
No reverse dependencies found
