up the remainders of the former version.

0. Analyze remaining dependencies
1. @ubuntu-release: please accept the hint for postgresql-mysql-fdw to let it migrate  - details in comment #3

2. Remove src:glom - details see comment #1
3. remove src:postgresql-13 - superseeded by postgresql-14 (see bug 1949579)
