[Bug 1954343] [NEW] Please remove NBS binaries for libcasa-*5 from jammy

Public bug reported:

casacore 3.4.0-2 (jammy/universe) provides libcasa-*6 binaries, so the
libcasa-*5 binaries can go:

	libcasa-casa5
	libcasa-fits5
	libcasa-measures5
	libcasa-ms5
	libcasa-scimath-f5
	libcasa-scimath5
	libcasa-tables5

It looks like wsclean was the last thing apart from casacore itself that
required these, but a recent no-change rebuild (3.0-2build1) has
resolved those.
