The latest version of bcbio was recently synced from Debian, but fails
to build on Hirsute [1]. It's waiting for a build-dependency on
python3-seqcluster which is part of the python-seqcluster source package
[2]. This is available in Ubuntu, but it is in multiverse while bcbio is
in universe.
I'm not familiar with either package so I don't know whether universe or
multiverse is the correct location, but I see that they are both in
Debian contrib [3][4].
