The riscv64 build keeps failing in 0.2.9-1 and it holds back the
package's migration


root at gg-libyaml:~# reverse-depends  -x fscrypt
Reverse-Depends
* libpam-fscrypt

Also the 0.2.5-2 version's autopkgtest is failing holding back the
migration of other packages.
