Current list, after rounds of rebuilds:

$ grep-dctrl -n -FBuilt-Using golang-1.13 -sSource:Package /var/lib/apt/lists/*amd64*Packages | sort -u
golang-ginkgo
golang-goprotobuf
rkt
syncthing
$

Several of these are stuck in -proposed at the moment for various
reasons.

docker also still requires golang-1.13 AIUI but doesn't have a built-
using field.
