[Bug 1877845] [NEW] Please RM giac armhf binaries

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Graham Inggs (ginggs):

giac FTBFS on armhf (hangs during dh_auto_test).
Please remove giac armhf binaries from groovy.
The only reverse dependency is sagemath, which FTBFS on armhf anyway, see:
