You have been subscribed to a public bug by handsome_feng (feng-kylin):

qt5-ukui-platformtheme is official platform theme of UKUI desktop
environment. It also provides the common metadatas for ukui-styles
and platform theme using. The library provided many convenient API
for changing a qt widgets style, such as buttons color, tab widget
animation, etc.

It builds those binary packages:
  qt5-ukui-platformtheme - Qt5 QPA platform theme of UKUI
  qt5-styles-ukui - QStyle plugins provided by ukui
  libqt5-ukui-style1 - UKUI platform theme and styles' shared library
  libqt5-ukui-style-dev - Development files of libqt5-ukui-style1

and the version 0.9.0-1 has been in Debian NEW queue over 2 weeks,
I'm afraid of it can't catch up the beta release, so I seek sponsorship
here directly.

It stored in the PPA: https://launchpad.net/~feng-kylin/+archive/ubuntu/ukui-debian
and we test it weekly using another PPA.
