[Bug 1884061] [NEW] Please remove mitmproxy 4.x from groovy

Public bug reported:

Python-tornado 6.0.4-2 (in groovy-proposed) can't migrate because it
breaks mitmproxy (<< 5).

mitmproxy 4.x is removed from Debian testing and needs to be updated to
5.x to be usable again.

Also please remove bdfproxy, the only reverse depenency of mitmproxy
