Synaptic 0.90 is in Debian (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/synaptic),
but there are a few changes in the Ubuntu package, so it might need a
merge instead of a sync. (Then again, looking at the changelog
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/synaptic/+changelog, the Ubuntu
package seems to have added apt 1.9.0 support earlier so maybe the delta
isn't as big as it seems.)
