[Bug 1864635] [NEW] "Steam Installer" not available in Software app since latest Steam update

"Steam Installer" cannot be found in GNOME Software since the latest
Steam update.

It looks like that the problem is caused by missing desktop file (that
is present in the main steam package):

Not sure why it is a problem now, it worked fine before.
