RM: pingus uses obsolete boost signals library

Current development is on https://gitlab.com/pingus/pingus and that one
appears to build on Ubuntu, but has not had a release and has a few git
submodules (included copies of code).

The current version we carry is very old, with lots of development
happened upstream since.

Either a git snapshot needs to be packaged, or the game removed.
