Request:
Please remove the following from hirsute-proposed:
- postgresql-13-omnidb 2.17.0+ds-5build1
- postgresql-13-omnidb-dbgsym 2.17.0+ds-5build1

Reasoning:
The build/rebuild of 2.7...-5 in hirsute created an unwanted binary
package in hirsute-proposed that blocks the follow on version 3.x.

hirsute-release has 2.17.0+ds-2build1:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/omnidb/2.17.0+ds-2build1/+build/20180825
  omnidb-common 2.17.0+ds-2build1
  omnidb-server 2.17.0+ds-2build1
  postgresql-12-omnidb 2.17.0+ds-2build1
  postgresql-12-omnidb-dbgsym 2.17.0+ds-2build1

Interim 2.7 build in hirsute-proposed (never left proposed):
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/omnidb/2.17.0+ds-5build1/+build/20316537
  omnidb-common 2.17.0+ds-5build1
  omnidb-server 2.17.0+ds-5build1
> postgresql-13-omnidb 2.17.0+ds-5build1
> postgresql-13-omnidb-dbgsym 2.17.0+ds-5build1

Current 3.x builds - no extension anymore:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/omnidb/3.0.2b+ds-1/+build/20329856
  omnidb-common 3.0.2b+ds-1
  omnidb-server 3.0.2b+ds-1

Reason - the extension was split to a different source by upstream (and that isn't in
Debian/Ubuntu yet).

Due to that the new version is blocked missing these:
old binaries left on amd64: postgresql-13-omnidb (from 2.17.0+ds-5build1)
  ...

Omnidb 3.x will migrate together with postgresql-13 itself and thereby the old
postgresql-12-omnidb be removed (as NBS), but we'll need to remove the -13 extension
from proposed now to allow things to get un-stuck.

** Affects: omnidb (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
