Due to that 2.4.x is blocked on missing build-deps

That is true in Debian as well

Yet in Debian it was accepted and allowed to migrate to testing (Debian
seems to hav never build non x86).

I'm asking the archive admins to remove the non-x86 binaries in Groovy.
That should allow the following to then migrate in excuses:
