[Bug 1890319] [NEW] Please remove tinyjsd from the archive

Developer Tools that are shipped with Thunderbird. »

All supported releases of Ubuntu now have Thunderbird 68.x (and will
soon be updated to 78.x), with which the latest release of tinyjsd isn't
compatible, so the package is effectively useless.

tinyjsd should be removed from the archive, in both groovy and focal.
