[Bug 1872588] [NEW] Please remove pyrit from Ubuntu

Please remove pyrit from Ubuntu.

It was already removed from Debian Testing and Unstable.

The only diff that Ubuntu has is a minimal Python2 transition fix that
is obsolete if we just drop the package.

It depends on python-scapy (source: scapy) which was dropped as part of
the Python2 removal effort.
