[Bug 1852533] [NEW] RM: zope.componentvocabulary: python2-only, Ubuntu-specific, depends on removed zope.security, no reverse-dependencies

zope.componentvocabulary is only built for python2, and has not been
uploaded since 2011. It has no reverse-dependencies but depends on
python-zope.security, which has been removed from Debian. We should
remove this package from focal.
