Andy Whitcroft has proposed merging lp:~apw/ubuntu-archive-tools/copy-proposed-kernels-trusty-esm into lp:ubuntu-archive-tools.

Commit message:
Trusty is now officially ESM.  Add auto-route detection for ESM.  Include an exception for trusty/linux-aws which does not have a signing component.
