IT was added for xubuntu/lubuntu, xfce got migrated to gtk3 but lxpanel
is still on gtk2 and in the archive (unsure if it does use the
indicators though since it doesn't suggests/recommends/depends on it),
also that component might be deprecated/to delete as well but it would
be nice to resolve that question before removing it
