+ please remove libvideo-frequencies-perl from disco, it's not maintained
  in Ubuntu, and not in Debian.  Dropping the package allows us to drop
- the delta in libvideo-capture-v4l-perl after the bionic release.
+ the delta in libvideo-capture-v4l-perl after the disco release.
+ 
+ No reverse depends.
