[Bug 1855525] [NEW] Remove unmaintained ltsp-cluster-* packages

Hi, ltsp-cluster-* packages have been unmaintained and not runnable for
ages, but now with the new LTSP in Focal they're completely irrelevant
as LTSP has been rewritten from scratch.

Please remove all of them from the archive:
ltsp-cluster-accountmanager
ltsp-cluster-agent
ltsp-cluster-agent-weblive
ltsp-cluster-control
ltsp-cluster-lbagent
ltsp-cluster-lbserver
ltsp-cluster-nxloadbalancer
ltsp-cluster-pxeconfig

Additionally and for the same reasons, please also remove:
python-ltsp
