Hello,
I'd ask to remove mysql++ from Eoan.
The reasons are:
- it breaks with the current mysql-8 transition (bug 1795329)
Build errors of that at [1]
- it generally fails with new compilers (Debian 871302 [2])
- Due to the above it got removed from Debian Testing [3] (so we lack the Debian community on it)
Hence I'd ask to remove it from Eoan as well to avoid shipping
unmaintainable packages and to unblock the mysql-8 transition.

$ reverse-depends src:mysql++ -r eoan
