[Bug 1804987] [NEW] Please remove pentobi [ppc64el s390x] from disco

Hi,

Pentobi 16.1-1, which was recently uploaded to unstable, now build-depends and
depends on Qt WebView and consequently can't be built on all the arches where
it was possible previously. I request this removal in order to allow the
supported architectures to migrate from disco-proposed to disco.

I maintain the package in Debian under the Games Team umbrella.
