[Bug 1612713] [NEW] Please remove golang-juju-loggo

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Logan Rosen (logan):

The current package in ubuntu is old and the maintainer is no longer
able to maintain the package. I'd like to request we replace this
package with the debian version which is newer and has a maintainer:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/golang-github-juju-loggo

NOTE: juju-core in xenial would like to depend on this package, but
requires a newer version. We've dropped the dependency to mitigate this
until this bug is fixed.
