[Bug 1768688] [NEW] Please remove unmaintained gtk2 themes

Public bug reported:

Themes that only support gtk2 are not very useful any more.

These themes were never in Debian and are no longer being developed.
Please remove them from Ubuntu Cosmic.

blubluntu-look (this one also includes a wallpaper with the old Ubuntu logo)
