Notifications work right in polari, i can have two highlights, clicking
one, jumps to the right channel. One can switch to a different window,
open notifications drawer again, and click the other one, and just to it
correctly.

The theming is a bit odd in polari, but it least I should try to fix the
notifcations for hexchat.
