Davical 1.1.7-1 is in -proposed and only needs a fixed libawl-php (it
has dropped the build-dep on php-apigen already in favor of doxygen), so
no need to remove this package from -proposed at the moment since in
theory it will be buildable again without sourceful changes; will remove
only the package from bionic release.
