** Description changed:

  To make ghc migrate we need:
  
  1) remove agda on armhf (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=916434)
  (Debian did the same, hopefully upstream will sort it out)
  
  Kick some packages FTBFS or included in ghc itself and out from testing
  (some are getting removed in the next few days):

  3) remove haskell-esqueleto on amd64, the -doc package FTBFS (same in debian, see arch:all build failure and debian bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=915646
