You have been subscribed to a public bug by Till Kamppeter (till-kamppeter):

I have uploaded Gutenprint 5.3.x (synced from Debian Experimental) and
it is stuck in cosmic-proposed due to photoprint.

See

http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-
migration/update_output.txt

----------
 trying: gutenprint
 skipped: gutenprint (21, 0, 12)
     got: 16+0: a-3:a-2:a-4:i-3:p-2:s-2
     * i386: photoprint
----------

I have tried to no-change-rebuild photoprint against the new
libgutenprint but it failed. As photoprint is not maintained any more
since 2010 I think it is not worth it to fix photoprint.

Therefore I want to have it removed from Cosmic.

Please remove both the source package and all binary packages of it.

Nothing depends on it:

----------
$ reverse-depends photoprint
No reverse dependencies found

** Affects: photoprint (Ubuntu)
     Importance: High
         Status: New
