[Bug 1765392] [NEW] please remove hedgewars on ppc64el

Hegewars has been building on ppc64el by luck, but with a port of pascal to C code, and clang compiler.
We don't know if ppc64el is a sane build, just because nobody upstream is testing compilers different from fpc.

Unfortunately this already happened with arm64 where I requested removal
of the binary architecture, and now probably due to the llvm switch the
ppc64el has started to fail.

Please remove ppc64el from the archive in bionic, I don't want to
support such architecture in an LTS release lifespan! thanks
