[Bug 1762334] [NEW] golang-udm build-depends on golang-gocheck-dev, removed from Debian

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Steve Langasek (vorlon):

golang-udm build-depends on golang-gocheck-dev, which was removed from
Debian unstable in April 2017.

If golang-udm should be kept in Ubuntu, either someone should mark
themselves as the maintainer of golang-gocheck, or golang-udm should be
updated to not require the golang-gocheck package.

However, golang-udm itself has not been uploaded since 2014 and has no
reverse-dependencies.  So the more likely outcome is that golang-udm
should be removed.
