[Bug 1762052] [NEW] Please remove roboptim-core from Ubuntu

Public bug reported:

roboptim-core fails to build from source. It was removed from Debian
Testing in 2015. It suffers from multiple RC bugs in Debian and will be
eventually removed there.

Debian bugs #806873, #808455, #868974, #894838, #894842

Please remove it from Ubuntu now to allow log4cxx to migrate from
bionic-proposed.
