It also failed previously during the 2017-07-06 archive test rebuild:

rggobi has a build-dependency on r-cran-gtk2.
r-cran-rggobi has no reverse dependencies.
Please remove the r-cran-rgtk2 and r-cran-rggobi s390x binaries from Artful.
