Maybe the most  pointless column I've  ever  read.

What  I got wrong  at the supermarket the other  day:

1. I walked right past  aisle  17, completely  forgetting that I wanted
to pick up a new pie lifter.

2. Even their sale  prices don't match Costco's everyday prices!
(Should I  get the raisin bread anyway?)


3. 4th in line at the express  checkout, I gambled that  a neighbouring checkout with only 1 (one) person in line would be faster. By  the time I  realized that this  nice old  lady had half a ton of groceries,  express checkout  swallowed up my spot and mockingly invited  me back to the end of a  line whose end I couldn't see.
