[Bug 1676028] [NEW] Not installable on Zesty (or Yakkety) since xchat-gnome has been removed

When attempting to install xchat-gnome-indicator on Zesty (or 16.10), I
get the following error message:

$ sudo apt install xchat-gnome-indicator

Looks like xchat-gnome itself was removed a while back, see [1] and [2]. Since xchat-gnome-indicator has a strong dependency on it and is currently uninstallable, I believe this should have been removed alongside. I can probably be safely removed from zesty, and possibly 16.10 but I don't know how these things are handled in stable releases.
