@qbu6to, afaict, iscstarget was primarily for managing the DKMS kernel
module.

You can use iscsiadm (open-iscsi pacakge, iirc) to connect to iscsi
disks and tgtadm (if using a tgt server) for configuring the targets on
an iscsi server.
