Found a test issue in the TXUF cases which need to be re-ran, also we
want to add cases with conflicting new content.

4. conflicting custom duplicate conffiles
 4.1 T-X-UCA-Fix custom /etc/default/libvirt-bin (rm + retain old duplicate)
 4.2 T-X-UCA-Fix custom data on /etc/cron.daily/libvirt-bin (rm + retain old duplicate)
 4.4 T-X-UCA-Fix custom /etc/init.d/libvirt-bin (want change in new file)
