The version in Ubuntu is unmaintained, it's RC-buggy, last real upload was in 2014 and
upstream is dead. The package has already been removed from Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=846058 and has 0 results in popcon.ubuntu.com
The package has no rdepends.
