A rationale for why they should be removed:
- it is not being maintained any longer [1]
- it is the single reverse dependency of mozart that can't be build on Yakkety (see bug #1623951) 

Confirmation that the binary packages have no rdepends (no other package depends on them):
- no reverse dependencies on mozart-stdlib
