anybody running demotions for unseeded packages without looking at the proposed pocket?

Hi,

is anybody running auto-demotions or manual demotions for unseeded packages
without looking at the proposed pocket?

This is a bit annoying when you have a MIR approved and processed, and then the
package gets demoted again. A recent example is

  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-os-vif/+publishinghistory

however this happened for other packages as well in the past.
