It would be nice if new src:wine packages from ppa:jre-
phoenix/transition+wine1.6+wine could be backported to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
- currently wine 1.8.4-1ubuntu1~ppa1 source doesn't build on Ubuntu
16.04 LTS because of older debhelper and unicode-data packages:

Missing build dependencies: debhelper (>= 9.20160702), unicode-data (>=
9.0)

Please not force to use at least unicode-data 9.0 - Ubuntu 16.04 LTS has
older unicode-data 8.0
