[Bug 1617835] [NEW] Please remove fcl 0.5.0-1 from yakkety-proposed

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jeremy Bicha (jbicha):

fcl 0.5.0-1 autosynced in the final week before Debian Import Freeze.
The package fails to build from source on almost every architecture. The
new version also caused kido to fail to build from source (which is
holding up the tinyxml2 transition).

Since we don't need fcl 0.5.0 in yakkety, please just remove the new
version from yakkey-proposed.
