[Bug 1564103] [NEW] Please remove php-horde-mongo from the archive

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Steve Langasek (vorlon):

php-horde-mongo relies on php-mongo (PHP Mongo extension), which has
been removed. Our original plan was to leave it broken, and SRU in
upstream fixes to add php-mongodb (PHP MongoDB extension) support.
However, this would also require packaging https://github.com/mongodb
/mongo-php-library, which is not likely to happen in Debian and hasn't
happened yet for 16.04. Additionally, at this point, Debian is
considering simply deleting php-horde-mongo from Testing and we should
follow suit.
