I tried running process-removals with -d 20150501 and it took a long time, because the date argument was utilized as a float instead of %Y%m%d. This now warns if you pass an 8 digit number as date.

I also moved the import of YesNoQuestion so that if you are running process-removals with -no-action you don't need to have python-ubuntutools installed.
