[Bug 1407593] [NEW] please unblacklist isdnactivecards and sync from Debian unstable

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Logan Rosen (logan):

isdnactivecards was previously blacklisted due to conflicting with a
binary that was published in Ubuntu under the same name but from a
different source package (isdnutils).

isdnactivecards is no longer built by isdnutils from Ubuntu, so this can
be safely unblacklisted and synced. It builds fine in my local amd64
pbuilder.
