[Bug 1418677] [NEW] Remove python-abiword reverse-dependencies

python-abiword has been completely broken for a few releases, and its
source package (pyabiword) has been removed from Ubuntu in Saucy.
However it's reverse-dependencies haven't been.

Please remove supgar-jigsawpuzzle-activity and sugar-poll-activity from
vivid-proposed. I'm guessing blacklisting isn't necessary for dead
packages?
