[Bug 1477491] [NEW] Wrong section "web", should be "perl" as in Debian

Angel Abad (angelabad) has assigned this bug to you for libfile-touch-perl in Ubuntu:

I have no idea why, but libfile-touch-perl in Ubuntu is incorrectly in
Section "web" while in Debian it's correctly in Section "perl".
According to http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libfile-touch-
perl it's that way for quite a long time.

Since there seem to no changes in the packaging at all compared to
Debian, I assume that bug sits in Ubuntu's package list override file.
