I've extended manage-builders' output using the newly exported Builder.current_build. It now shows whether a builder has been in a state for a suspiciously long time (Dirty or Cleaning for at least five minutes, or building for more than a day), and -v shows when a builder is building, dirty, cleaning, manual, or disabled. I threw the slave version into -v as well.

lamiak's dirty and disabled, as build cancellation timed out:
