[Bug 1328667] [NEW] Delete unity-webapps-pandora-com from Utopic

Please delete the source package and all binaries. It has no rdepends.

It should be remove because it's an unmaintained fork of the official
package, which is unity-webapps-pandora. The -com package lacks many
critical pieces which make it actually function as a unity webapp.
